Quadrant SRP
The Quadrant Sexual Recovery Plan is a more recent approach, and was developed in Los Angeles. It is so named because it divides areas of the plan into four: Bottom Line, Gray Area, Action Plan and Vision Plan. These are for listing items we want to be freed from and changes we want to bring into our lives in recovery, subdivided into behaviors we need to abstain from, behaviors we want to make progress in, actions we need to take, and goals we want to achieve.
You can view and download a copy of the Quadrant Sexual Recovery Plan HERE.
Note: SCA does not stipulate any particular form or type of Sexual Recovery Plan for its members. The templates and examples provided on this site are intended only as helpful guides. Each member is free to devise their own sexual recovery plan.
